Xunwei Nexus Global, operated by Shenzhen XinXunWei Technology Co., Ltd., provides all-in-one vocational education services including online courses, skill assessments, international credential verification, career services, and industry partnerships. By using this platform, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and keep your account and password secure;
• Accounts are personal and must not be lent, transferred, or used for commercial resale;
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately;
• The platform may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Fees and Payment

Courses, certifications, and career services may be paid. Prices are displayed on the platform in multiple currencies (USD / EUR / local) and can be paid online via Stripe, PayPal, or local methods such as M-Pesa. Selected courses offer free previews. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly promised by the platform, paid fees are generally non-refundable.

4. Course Content and Intellectual Property

• Course videos, materials, question banks, assessment reports, certification systems, and page content are protected by intellectual property laws;
• You may watch and use course resources for your own learning only. Recording, redistribution, copying, or commercial use is prohibited;
• Without written authorization, you may not create derivative works, scrape, or mirror platform content.

5. User Conduct

• Do not publish illegal, false, or infringing content;
• Do not use the platform for fraud, cheating, spam, or malicious attacks;

• Do not bypass payment mechanisms or compromise platform security.

6. Certification and Career Services

Certification exams and credential issuance are based on completed learning requirements and assessment results. Job recommendation is a supporting service; final hiring decisions are made by employers, and the platform does not guarantee placement outcomes. Skill evaluations from assessments and courses represent in-platform results only.

7. Disclaimers

• The platform provides services "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure (such as network failures or natural disasters) will be restored with best efforts, but the platform is not liable for resulting losses;
• Losses caused by your own device, network, or improper operation are your responsibility.

8. Changes and Termination of Services

The platform may adjust, suspend, or terminate part or all of its services based on business development, with advance notice on the platform. If your account violates these terms, the platform may terminate services and reserves the right to pursue legal remedies.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in Shenzhen.
