In 2006, Xunwei founded Xunwei Forum (www.chinafix.com), an electronics repair technology community. Over nearly 20 years, the business has grown into four pillars: repair training, schematic and drawing libraries, repair tool manufacturing, and enterprise technical services — end-to-end capability covering training, schematics, tools, and services.
Repair training is delivered by Shenzhen Bao'an Xunwei Vocational Skills Training Center (a non-profit institution). Since 2017 Xunwei has built a Tesla authorized repair network, and in 2021 became a first-tier Huawei supplier and established a Tesla vehicle repair factory, with over 50,000 trainees worldwide.
